If you clicked on this, it's probably because the about me section on my profile sucks. My profile kind of sucks too, but I'm not really motivated to do anything about that. And maybe for some reason you want to know more about me that isn't already evident from my posts.
My name is Casey. I'm not very friendly online, I just talk. I live in Florida, I can't stand cold weather, and I adore lighthouses.
When I'm at home, I'm lazy as hell. I read, I let my birds fly around the room, and I search the internet. I spend most of my free time online, just learning things. I took the time to learn about aquariums, poisonous plants, most of the major events of World War II, lighthouses, /more/ lighthouses, haunted places in the United States, various pirates, the Wonders of the World from different eras, the list goes on.
If you can't tell, I like history. I like things that nobody can explain, like ghosts. I like the mystery that surrounds things that once existed but no longer do. The past is filled with wonders and horrors, and is probably the most mysterious thing to haunt mankind.
I am pro-choice. Very close to being pro-abortion, but I'm not one to force my morals upon others. I think it's morally corrupt to give birth to a child when there are so many unloved and unwanted kids out in the world already. But that's why I'm not going to give birth. I already know I can't demand others to follow suit.
I am a supporter of gay rights, but not gay pride. I think sexuality is irrelevant when it comes to defining a person. Overcoming discrimination is what you should be proud of, not the way you were born.
I'm also a Christian by most religious standards. However, I happily neglect to follow the Bible. Any book that demands that we sell our daughters to their rapists isn't one that we should be living by, IMO. (I also dabble in fortune telling. I don't know if I believe in it or not, but it's still fun to practice.)
I spend a lot of my time either at work or out with friends. I'm a basement dweller at heart, but real life doesn't actually allow such habits. I don't spend nearly as much time at home as I would like to. Sadness. </3
I have a 55g saltwater aquarium. I'm slowly but surely progressing on building a reef on the inside. (Rock is hella' expensive. Might not have pictures for a long time still.)
I also have a pet dove named Faoran, and a cockatiel, named Minsc. Minsc is named after the Baulder's Gate character. These birds are my babies. >:c
I accept guild invites, but I rarely post in guilds. Being banned for inactivity is a common thing for me.
I like to roleplay, but I never have the time for it.
I don't camwhore. I don't have a lot of pictures of me, and the ones I do have were taken by other people.
Other s**t I can do:
-I can drive a forklift.
-I can draw.
-I have a good sense of balance. Falling over isn't a common thing for me.
-I know a few magic tricks.
-I can sing. On my good days, my range goes to about F3-C5. I'm teaching myself though. I don't know if I'm good at it, but my friends seem to think I'm a decent singer.
TL;DR Discworld is better than any book series you have ever read. Read it now, f*****t.
