Here is the second part of my Streed Rpg Core Rules. =====================================
Merits
You have 10 Points to divide between Merits. Each Merit can be taken a Maximum of 5 Times, each time costs one Point.
Resources (How “Posh” you are, or not.) Contacts (People that you may gain Info from.) Backing (Special Recources & Equipment – at a price.) Fame (How well known you are by strangers.) Mentor (Someone you may learn from….) Equipment (This is what you frequently use and/or always carry, more or less.) Ranking (Any Corporate, Police, Noble or similar Rank you have.)
Equipment Each piece of eqipment equal one Point in the Equipment Merit, unless otherwise stated. • Leather Coat: +3 Armor, -1 Charm. • Leather Jacket: +2 Armor • Leather Clothes: +2 Armor • Sexy outfit: +1 Unerring, +1 Beauty • Pistol: Range: 15, Damage: 5. Counts as 2 Items. • Pistol x 2: Range: 15, Damage: 5, Roll 2D & choose Roll. Counts as 3 Items. • Throwing Knives (3): Range: Speed + Strength, Damage: Speed +Melee +0, • Stiletto Heels: +1 Damage to Kicks, -1 Move, +1 Style, +1/2 Unerring. • Electric Guitar: A “Normal” Electric Guitar. Counts as 2 Items. • Motorbike: Counts as 3 Items. • Scooter: Counts as 2 Items. • Long Chain: Range: 2, +1 Damage, Cannot be Parried., OR Near, +3 Damage, Cannot be Parried, +1 Strength to Grabs, may Snag. • Bullwhip: Range: 2, +1 Damage, +1/2 Unerring, Cannot be Parried., OR Near, +2 Damage, +1/2 Unerring, May Stun instead of Wound. • Gasmask: Immune: Breather Gas, also gives +1 Unerring if combined with other things that gives + to Unerring. Usually made of Latex/Rubber. • Assassin’s Fan: A Fancy Fan, that is also a weapon in disguise. It has these stats: Near, +1 Damage , +1/2 Style. • Combat Flute: Requires also Mentor 3, or Contacts 3, or Resources 3.) A Fancy Flute, that is hard enough to also work as a weapon. It has these stats: Near, +1 Damage , +1 Perform. • Guitar: A “Normal” Guitar. • Binoculars: • Lockpicks: • Magnifier: • Surveillance Bug: Yes, only one. Useless without Surveillance system. Counts as 2 Items. • Surveillance System(+1 Bug): Counts as 3 Items.
