The Never Ending Cycle of Thoughts
Well, well, well. I am just going to write down random shite at some times, while at others I will be on the verge of a philosophical break through that will change mankind forever!
Today; Being a Friday
This is day 2 of my journaling experience. It has been very interesting. It seems that when you are trying to find something to write about, and you see things and put together a whole bunch of sentences that sound so good but then you can't seem to remember them when you want to write them all down. So, my previous journal entry had some writing in it, none of which would be viewed as something that would make you seriously think about things. So, I believe this journal entry will compensate for that.

It's funny, when you see the world in a different perspective. I recently saw it through a child eyes. The day started with me walking in late to the first period final, which would have been bad if we were actually taking a final. Thank god we weren't though. But anyways the day went by, and all the students were let out at 11 or 12 o' clock. Thats when I headed home, due to fatigue and hunger.

At my home, I did nothing worth mentioning. It was very boring and me telling it to you would be pointless to say the least. Anyways, I ended up going to my friends house, where I am typing this now. The first thing we did when we got here: chained the go-cart to the lawn mower and dragged us around while mowing the lawn.

Silly and childish, I know, but I thought about this for a while and came up with this. If you don't take these moments to act like a child, then you will lose that part of you forever. The innocent, fun loving, no-care-in-the-world children that we were all at one point. When we grow up we lose that, we become hard and serious, for the most part. We don't take appreciation in the simplicity of playing with a toy and pretending it is alive.

I think people are afraid to do this now. Afraid of what people will think or say of them. But honestly the only one whose opinion counts is your own. If you do these childish things, I promise you, that you will gain that humility that is needed to always push through what people say.

If we all had the mentality of children, the world would be a perfect place. A child is like a new piece of tape laying out on a desk. At first, it's completely pure, clean and fresh. Over time, it picks up dust and things and gets dirty. By the time that child becomes an adult, it's disgusting and useless. Perhaps we could all act a little more childish every now and then.
