Especially when Suncoast video is having a going out of buisness sale!! surprised heart (I'll tell you where if you want Jen..) So today I had to do community service for school (I'm doing more tomorrow. Getting five hours extra (If my teacher doesn't accept it I might scream...). But anyways, at the end of six hours today, my dad came to pick up me and my brother, but of course he had a drum lesson today, and I couldn't go home. So I was like, "OMIGOSH NO I WANNA GO HOME FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY FOR MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR >_>" But it was okay, because my dad decided that he would take me to the mall! (after I suggested we go to a store nearby to pass the two hours >_> wink
So anyways, we go walking around, and I originally was looking for a book that I wanted to buy, but the one book store we found didn't have it. So we kept on walking and eventually got to EB games. I found out by asking the desk that they had one more Makai Kingdom in stock (new I believe), and it was $30. My dad said he would split the cost with me, but I decided to think about it for a bit.. Then the guy behind the counter told my dad that the Suncoast around the corner from that store was having a going out of buisness sale, so the movie that he had asked him about might be there.
So I was thinking, "I didn't know they had a Suncoast here.. Much less one that was having a going out of buisness sale... ANIME! YAY! heart " and we went over there. I think I had a brain fart, because I couldn't remember any animes that I liked besides FMA and D.N.Angel, but I own all of D.N.Angel and I didn't feel like buying FMA at the moment, so I spent like 10-20, maybe a half hour just staring at the wall of DVDs they have looking for an anime I might get my dad to buy me. All thirty percent off... Eventually, I looked to the right of the wall of anime, and saw plushies. I though, "Ooh! Plushies! I wonder if they have Ed ninja " And who would they have, but.. Kyo from Fruits Basket! (Betcha thought I was gonna say Ed, huh?). Anyways, I remembered that my friend had a birthday a bit earlier, and I thought that would be the best present I think I could get her, because she's Kyo crazy. So I got my dad to buy it for her. I also saw two Kuramas from Yu Yu Hakusho, and a Kagome (That I thought of buying for Jen, but didn't know if she'd really want it for sure).
So then, I eventually give up on the wall of anime, and I look at the magazines. I saw my first volume of Shojou Beat, and considered buying it, but decided against it. So I looked over at the plushie's section again, saw a shirt that had something to do with Inuyasha, a shirt that said something in Kanji, and a shirt that said "Anime Freak" that I woulda considered buying, but it looked to big. So eventually, I found some FMA pins and I was like, "Sure, I'll get these!" Just to have some more FMA stuff. Buying for the sake of buying.. ^_^
Then I kinda gave up on finding anything else, stared at the many things on the wall for a bit more after giving the plushie and pins to my dad, and then eventually went over to him. He was looking at the box sets, and right next to those were trading card stuff. I went over there, but it wasn't very interesting, so I went back to the box sets. After a while, I got bored of those and went back to the card section and paid more attention, and found.. FMA action figure stuff! Kinda.. Little boxes with little FMA figurines in them, one of six with a random trading card in them. I ran to my dad (approximatly a yard away) and was like, "Lookit!" and I think I left my mouth open, because out of the corner of my eye I think I saw people staring (>_> wink , but anyway, he was like, "How much, and how much off?" And I went to check over where I found them, and it said $12 and 50% off. He didn't really believe that though, because he thought they were in the wrong section. So we went up to the desk, and I asked how much they were and the lady was like, "*scans* 1.99." I was like, YES! And my dad was like, Okay.
So I was rather happy, but my dad said, "Okay, now go find something for your brother." So my dad had actually already found something for him (which he already had >_> wink , and then he sent me to find something for my other brother. I go to the back of the store to the action figures, just to see if I can find anything he might like, and what should I find but... POCKY! So I run back up and I say, "POCKY!" and he's like, "Yes?" and eventually I convinced him to buy it for me. (Reverse pocky ninja Very good.)
And we bought my little bro a movie. And that was my day at the mall.
But I still have the FMA figure boxes to talk about.

or Maes Hughes.
So I was in the car, and I started to open it, and I opened one and saw Riza Hawkeye. That was pretty cool. I looked at the back of the box, and I thought, "Gee, I really want Ed and Winry, but I want Ed a bit more.." So I started to open the second box, and who should I get but.. Ed! So I went to the final box, and I thought, "It would be really cool if I got Winry now!" And who should I get but.. Alphonse! (Just kidding) I really got Winry. ^_^ I was like, "Yees."
Oh ya! And just a few seconds after getting on tonight, I got a pm from someone actually inviting me to be in an avatar contest surprised I'm kinda flattered. Even though she was just searching for people, I still am whee I'd post a link, but it's against the rules to tell your friends to vote for you. So find it if you want, but I'm not gonna tell you to.
