Really? you intended to do it without a permit because it's your little friend from work who will do it cheaper who probably doesn't have a license and won't do it up to code?

And meanwhile you are having your little friend from work come back because the tub still leaks, he did that right the first time didn't he??
How much money is it really saving if it is never done right?
Edit - I just know he will fight with me tomorrow when Roto Rooter comes by.
