This world is corrupted by malicious individuals. "Hate" is indeed a strong word, but it is so easy to hate when someone decides to ruin your life, or to take life away. When you see deaths caused by murderers, you know that this world will be better without them. They deserve to be punished. But what happens when you decide to go and rid the world of evil? You become no different than they are.
People can change. They have to realize what they have done wrong, and fix their unsubstantials. Then again, perhaps it just isn't enough. Sometimes people don't change. And as we risk people's lives with hope, people can die by the seconds. But as I said before, no one has the right to take someone's life away.
While you think this world would be better off, and eliminate the criminals, a person like you could never hope to make this world a better place. As you kill the criminals, you will be a criminal as well. And we certainly don't need that in the "new world". Doing that would be a world created by murderers. What ever would happen to your plan? It wouldn't be a peaceful place. Killing people is not justice.
