On July 4, at 12:30 PM, a car crashed into the house of the girl I love. The driver apparantly fell asleep. I was scared to death when she called me, panicked, telling me that she heard a loud crash and outside her room she heard her sister screaming and parents yelling. I rushed over immediately despite her telling me not to. I drove by, shaking uncontrollably, and continued driving when she suddenly called me, crying, saying that she couldn't find her cat Lily, a Christmas present I gave her. She asked me to come over to help her look. I found her behind the computer desk. The car had smashed into her sister's bedroom wall but had not broken through. There was severe damage to the wall only. It's a horrible feeling just seeing that happen to somebody you love. I couldn't even imagine how she must have felt. I stayed with her until around 2:30 when they were about to leave to go spend the night at a hotel. After work that day, I took her to see a baseball game because they have fireworks every friday and it had a good view of the bayfront, where they were going to have the city's fireworks display. I wanted to help her to get her mind off of the incident. Today I visited her at the hotel she is staying at, and comforted her. Arianna, my prayers are going out to you and your family to be safe and to overcome this terrible incident. I love you with all my heart. Goodnight and sweet dreams.
