With teenagers or maybe adults they go through many strees (pardon my bad spelling) and well some of the ppl willactually try to kill themselves. (Like some of my friends for example... But today they are still living.... Most of them) It's hard (For teenagers...) because your not exactly a kid anymore and your not really an adult either. So it could be confusing...
