Bio: For about ten years now, Kotsu has been roaming the country of Japan, trying to find any sign of where he came from or who he was. However, he seems to be remotely successful without any leads to himself. But for some reason, the
words "Toriniti"* and "Hikari" are stuck in his mind. He just brushes them off and tries to ignore them, thinking they're meaningless.
When Kotsu was released from his artifact, he found himself confused and unaware of where he came from. He then found himself living on the streets to survive the long years. However, a few years after his release, he had finally discovered some of his powers. His telepathic power was the first to appear as he suddenly noticed how loud everything had started to appear to be. He realized his power once he had found out all the noise was actually coming from the thoughts of the people around him. As the days, weeks, and months went on, Kotsu had learned how to control his ability and used it to his advantage in gambling affairs.
His second ability appeared to him abruptly. When he found himself one day in a tough situation, he felt himself get weak, almost like he couldn't breath. It was then two black velvet wings painfully sprouted from his back. he had no idea what was going on or what he should do, but next thing he knew, every threatening person around him was lying in a pool of blood. At first this powered feared him, but as he used it more and more, that power excited him.
Of course, over the course of the years up to the present, Kotsu has been able to fully master his powers. This mind-reading, magic-using demon has now made his way to Azumano as he has heard the news of the mysterious Phantom Thief Dark. Not to mention the news of another "light" angel being spotted. He has no idea why, but he has the weird need to visit.

Personality: When you first see Kotsu he say appear scary or intimidating with his golden cat-like eyes. However, he's pretty much a laid-back guy. Well, at some times anyway; he can actually likes to flirt a lot with girls around his age. Not to mention he also likes to tease others too using sarcasm and smart-a** comments.
That doesn't mean he's like that all the time though. If he's annoyed enough he will retaliate and try to pick a fight.

A sigh escaped from the lips of an eighteen year old boy sitting upon a roof top. Well, he appeared to be eighteen anyway. As he sat on the edge of the roof on a random business building, he rested his hand and chin upon one of his knees that was brought up while the other dangled over the side of the building. "There's nothing here," Kotsu mumbled to himself as his golden eyes scanned the streets below, 'But according to the media, Dark doesn't come out until the night time. Augh, what am I supposed to do until then?!' He then pushed himself up to stand before placing his hands into his pockets and taking one last view of the town. 'How boring.'
He turned himself and walked away from one edge of the building to another, this time the backside. Once he made sure the coast was clear, he spread out his black wings and jumped down into the alleyway below. He gently landed onto his feet before his wings suddenly vanished.
