Hello. I've decided to make an entry about where I created the several different role playing characters named 'Asukako' from and information about them. I'll make different entries like this for different role playing characters.
Asukako is a very special role playing character for me. She was the very first character that I had ever created. I remember how long it took me to think up a name for her and to make a profile.
Asukako comes in different emotional ways. In one of my role plays called 'Warriors for the Weak' she has a short temper and if you get her pissed off enough she'll just cut your head off to make you be quiet. In another role play called 'Malinia' she's much different. Instead of having a short temper she's quiet and anti-social. There are many other ways that I've made her as, but, that's just a little something. One thing that connects all of the Asukako characters together is that they're always dark.
One significant thing that Asukako has are her black wings. I found a picture on photobuckets that I used for her when I first created her, that's why instead of writing out an appearence I use that picture for her everytime, simply because I've become attatched to it in some stupid way.
Her weapons are always swords. At first I used katanas until I got better at literacy. Her weapons are sort of like katanas but not exactly the same. Her swords are a little thicker and longer, though they still have that smooth curve that that Japanese sword has.
Power wise, I always have fire. Of course, for all of my main role playing characters I use fire. I've never been able to sit upon another ability for my main characters, I don't really know why. Sometimes I'll have her use shadows, though I tend to forget that she also has that power and then I just decide to leave it out so that way others won't get confused by what seems to be a new power appearance.
I got her name by searching on AskJeeves.com and looking 'Japanese girl's names'. I came across a site the was loaded with different names for girls. I looked through it for maybe an hour until I settled upon several different names. They were Asukako (obviously), Takara, Sachiko, Keiko, and a few others that I can't remember. I liked the names Asukako and Takara a lot so I kept them. I remember that it took me forever to remember how to spell Asukako's name.
Asukako's name in Japanese means 'The Gate'. You also say her name like this: 'Ah-soo-kaah-co'. It's a little vulgar sounding. At first I though that you said it like this: 'Ah-soo-kay-co'. But after a read a Japanese guide that gave a few tips on how to say their words I realized that I was saying it wrong. In Japanese all of the letter 'r's are said like an 'l'. An 'a' is always said 'ah'. Things like that.
She is my favorite role playing character, and I have a feeling that she always will be. Out of the different forms that she comes out in I have to say that I like her in Warriors for the Weak the most. I'm not sure why. As I've said before she has a temper and make you shut up if you annoy her enough by any means possible. She's not loveable at all in that role play. But for some reason there she's my favorite.
