Time: 8:05 PM
As the room gradually became dark. “Kyo….” Ryu said softly looking at her, “I’m sorry that I yelled.” She sighed. “I thought I said shush.” She sighed letting go of him standing up. “I wonder if Hiroko and Yuzume still want to go out for karaoke.” He blinked sitting still on the ground. “Karaoke?” He tilted his head sideways. “Yes, karaoke. It’s a place where people sing….” He blinked. “Sing?” She sighed smacking her forehead. “Yes, Ryu. Sing.” She walked out then into the kitchen. She picked up the phone calling Hiroko. “Hiroko. Are you still up for-“ They both came in the door. “We where waiting out in the hall!” Hiroko smiled. Kyo blinked. “……” Ryu came out of the room poking his head out of the doorway. “…….” He walked over to Kyo. “Are they always like this?” He whispered into her ear. “Yeah….” She rubbed the back of her head. “Lets go!” He blinked walking towards them. “I guess…so.” He was so confused by the whole concept of going to a place just to sing. Kyo blinked running off getting his hat, then locking the door heading down the hall. “Wait!” She ran over to Ryu putting his hat on. His tail had been tucked in already.
It took about a 30 minutes to walk to the karaoke place. They walked in going to a desk and signing in. Ryu was amazed looking around the color full area. There was a fountain in the middle of the room. He walked over to it seeing coins in the bottom. Whats that for? The room looked like a small town of some sort. Kyo crept up behind him while he wasn’t paying attention. “Boo.” He blinked jumping almost falling in the fountain. “Kyo!!” He glared at her. Kyo sighed taking his hand dragging him to a room. They went into the room sitting down.
The room was a dull colored. Yellow, with brown tables, and flower wall paper. Two big books where on the tables. “….?” He sat down in the corner with tambourines. Kyo smiled looking at him sitting down next to him. Hiroko grabbed the microphone same with Yuzume. He blinked. They must know this place well…. They grabbed a remote putting in numbers. The screen coming to life. The room started to fill with music and words appearing on the screen. Kyo picked up one of the tambourines and started to tap it to the beat of the song. Ryu picked up one to tapping it to the beat. This was going to be a long…night.
Later on it was Kyo and Ryu’s turn to sing something. He looked at the books wondering what to do. They both handed them the microphones. Kyo found a song once she opened the book and searched for a little while. She used the remote then the song came to life. When they sang it sounded pretty good. Kyo got into it dancing around the room, while Ryu just sang and laughed at Kyo. When the song ended the phone rang. Inside the room there had been a phone next to the door, Ryu had never noticed. Kyo picked it up. “Hello? Oh yes….” She turned around to look at us. “Want anything to eat or drink?” Hiroko smiled. “Yes!! A coke, french fries.” Yuzume smiled looked at Kyo after putting down the tambourine. “Same as Hiroko.” Kyo looked at Ryu. “The same.” Kyo laughed. “Well then….four cokes and four orders of french fries.” Soon after a lady came to the door dropping off what they ordered. They all had their own eating while listening to music that they set on.
