"Born from a vampire with the Devil's face and the woman forged from Hellfire..."
Bio: In the eyes of many undead, the one known as William Raven is considered a damphire, or a half-vampire. Such a simple classification does not do the noble Raven Clan justice. William's mother was a cambion, the spawn of a doomed woman and an amorous incubus. Because the vampire and incubus are so closely related, there is truely little distinction between William and the rest of his kind. More so, the blood of the demons courses through his blood.
Because of her descent, his mother Clarice was turned undead and all of her immediate family were slaughtered. Clarice would have been murdered if not for Count Raven's lewd fascination with her.
William's early life in Raven Manor was harsh. In spite of his father's wealth, William was treated as if he were peasant trash. Even his own mother ostracized him because William was the physical representation of Count Marquis Raven. Only one would care for William in his youth, and that was the Raven's consort, the demoness known as Lilia. This demon of lust was always at his side.
At the age of eighteen, William was forced by his father to battle a demon summoned from the bowels of Hell. Summoning demons was child's play to Count Raven. This was all a test to see if William was truly worthy of being a member of the Raven Clan. If William refused, his mother would be fed to the very demon that Count Raven summoned. Despite his mother's hatred for him, William still loved her enough to defend her. William fought and defeated the summoned fiend and took great pleasure in watching is squirm as it slowly died. Afterwords, Count Raven forced the full curse of vampirism onto his son. He pinned William against a wall, ravaged his son's neck, and then forced the young William to drink a goblet of his father's blood, thus completing the transformation.
Soon after William became a full vampire in the eyes of his father, both Count Marquis Raven and Lady Clarice vanished without a trace. Rumor has it that they were both slain, but no definite proof remains of their death. Regardless if they were dead or not, the responsibility of the Raven household fell onto William. With Lilia at his side, William does his best to maintain the power of his father's dominion.
Though William is competent in his duties, some of his father's personality manages to slip through. He has been known to indulge himself in his female servants as well as the peasants that live below Raven Manor. At other times, William is rather sadistic, such as the time where he pit an inexperienced vampire slayer against an entire horde of ravenous vampires.
At times when the responsibilities of the Raven household prove too great, William will often leave Lilia in charge as he leaves for short periods of time. More often or not, he ends up regretting his hasty decision as succubi can have one track minds...
