I made them today and they turned out okay. Well I was making scrambled eggs for me and the kids. I was trying to hurry cause they were hungry. So I put the pan on the stove at high. I lowered it to 6 but didn't wait for the pan to cool and I put the butter in. It began to melt fast but it turned brown! Then I put the eggs in forgetting that the pan was still too hot and the butter was brown, and the eggs turned a nasty brown color! Well the kids are really picky about what their food looks like and I told them what happened. They looked a little afraid of the eggs at first but when they smelled them and ate a piece, they found out that they tasted just the same as regular scrambled eggs. They ate them all up, thankfully sweatdrop
