Yesterday I started Physical Therapy for my knee. It hurts when i exercise but I have to deal with the pain. The exercises will help tighten up my thighs . I exercise but not every single day . So it is kinda difficult sometimes. On the 18th and the 20th I go back. My friend P.J. his mom workz there. Don't worry Jordan he is only a firend and that is it. So whenever i go there we get to play and stuff. On those dates I will not be on the computer for a while ,..my appointment starts at 3:30 on both dates.
