I'll post combos that are fully legitimate, and allowed in tournaments here.
Convulsion of Nature + Conscription Use Convulsion to flip the deck on both players upside down to see the bottom cards. When you opponent gets somethng like Magician of Black Chaos, use Conscription to get a free monster. Hard to pull off, but a great way to annoy your opponent.
Gyroid + Dark Door Gyroid can survive one attack per turn. Dark door allows only one monster to attack per turn. Hope there is no Hayabusa Knight, Ben Kai, or Asura Priest, and you're good.
Aitsu + Koitsu + Combination Attack X 2 Aitsu should have Koitsu equipped. Attack with Aitsu. Make sure you finished the field with him. Then, activate Combination Attack to make Aitsu and Koitsu attack. Activate another to make Aitsu Attack with 3100. Hard to do unless you have Premature and Call.
Dimension Wall + Astral Barrier + Jetroid This combo makes your opponent attack themselves. Jetroid and Astral Barrier are on the field. Your opponent attacks the roid. You activate his effect to activate Dimension wall from your hand, and use Astral to make the damage hit them instead.
Spell Econimcs + Mass Driver + Dark Magician of Chaos + Dimension Fusion A cheap combo that kills in one turn. Spell economics protects you from paying lifepoints. Mass Driver Tributes 1 monster to do 400 damage. Dark Magician of Chaos returns one spell to your hand when it is returned to the field. Dimension Fusion requires 2000 lifepoints to special summon as many monsters as both players can summon from out of play. Play Chaos, sack him for the Driver, Use Dimension fusion and Spell Economics to bring him back, getting Dimension fusion back in hand. Repeat. For cowards who can't make decks that actually fight.
