If you don't want stitches or casts don't try jumping over a 4 foot chainlink fence without touching it. not smart it hurts a lot! don't try doing a handstand in the shoe section of Target that hurts too. And the ever popular "Let's jump off our house!" that hurts a lot more than the others. especially when landing on concrete while wearing converse. yeah i've tried these things and they don't feel good. or try riding your bike through thorn bushes. he eh. that hurt. i'm stupid.
