I decided to turn this into a cooking blog. Cause I found out I love to cook and I want to share the joy. ^ ^
Today's special recipe is Green Onion Crepes/Pancakes (6 pancakes)
This is a really easy recipe and it tastes so good! It's an Asian breakfast/food type of stuff and takes about 30 minutes to make. Here we go!
Ingredients:
1 cup of flour
1/3 cup of hot water
1 tbsp chopped green onions (sometimes I put more cause I love green onions)
1 tsp of salt (depends how salty you like them)
Directions:
After heating the water, mix all the ingredients and knead until you get a smooth ball of flour. Let sit for 20 minutes and then divide into six parts.
Roll each piece into a ball and then roll flat into a thin circle, as thin as you can. You will get a small flat circle with little pieces of green onions in them.
Cooking:
Take out a 'pancake' and heat up a frying pan/wok with 1 Tbsp of oil. Fry lightly on one side and then flip. Fry until both sides have cooked and browned. Sometimes the pancake will bubble and that's OK. Fry until you're satisfied with it and it should take around a minute and a half.
Storing:
Feel free to make a batch of pancakes and store them in the freezer. Layer them with foil or with plastic wrap so that they don't stick together. Once frozen, they can just be plopped onto the pan to fry, no need to defrost. It makes for a very convenient snack as all you have to do is fry them.
I hope you like it!

make the dough make the ball which is about a fist big or bigger i think depends on how big you wanna make. Then you like get rolling pin and roll it out so it's thin thin into a circle/rectangle shape..probably rectangle is better. Then you get salt and sprinkle it out evenly over the top and then you put some vegetable oil on the dough and also spread it out evenly. Next you like get one side of the rectangle and slowly tightly roll up the dough so you end up with a long rolled up thing. Then you roll that up like a cinammon roll (that's the closest thing i can think of). You tuck in the ends also in the roll. Then you kinda smash it from the top and you get your rolling pin and roll that out kinda as big as the frying pan you're gonna use so it's more like a thicker type of pancake not as thin as yours i believe. keke. And you also fry it until it's done xP oh right totally forgot about the green onions keke you chop those up and also spred it out when you put the salt. So it's basically kinda the same as yours but this type has layers to it 3nodding well when you eat it. Unless of course you screw up like me and the layers fall apart when i fry it xd
*note*- Rei was never good at cooking xd
