So I've officially retreated to guilds and have not posted in the GCD since a certain Mod decided to use the excuse that "quoted for truth but I don't know if that rule is even upheld anyway." was spam and deleted it not five minutes after I tried to report to that mod that the OP was underage. If Gaia has rules Gaia needs to enforce the rules and not just against the people you don't like. While it is true that I have Mod friends I do not use them even to gain an unfair advantage over anyone. However whoever reported me is as much of a you know what as the Mod who took wrongful action. That being said it is the mod in question that would need to be disciplined.
You can report anyone you want but it is ultimately up to the Mod to determine the right course of action.
I have Pmed Dri however since I still have yet to have my issue with a different Mod handled and I have not heard from her I do not know if anything will be done.
With this first Mod an entire thread of mine was deleted and the reason given was "Your thread title might encourage people to troll" Now if you keep deleting things that "Might" do something then obviously you are doing something called retaliation.
Mods can get demodded for that as far as I know. However the fact that ten other troll threads were left untouched BY this mod (I have a list and they are STILL there) leads me to believe that there are two mods that cannot do their job and needs to review what it is they need to be doing. I have not heard from Dri and as far as I know these two wrongful deletions need to be removed asap. There is another post deleted that I deserved as I called a channer a ******** however I am not making an issue of that one as I know I was clearly in the wrong in that situation. If I am wrong I admit it, I SHOULD hope that the Mods and the Admins that need to correct this for me can do that same.
If you are a Mod I expect you to be accountable for your own actions if you screw up, If you do not then s**t will reasonably hit the fan. If anything happens to my account due to a Mod only being pissed off at me and not because I broke the actual rules I will be mailing a lot of letters to the Gaia HQ.
