	Winter Love


Winter Love I remember wishing upon a star As I stared at it from afar. I wanted you back by my side So I would have no reason to hide. You treated me like a queen On that night, so serene. I gave you all my love And you called me an angel from above. I need you here with me, The only place you swore you’d be, For my world has now turned grey. Winter Love The snow fall silently from the sky. Winter Love Only with you is where I want to lie. I guess I’ll keep waiting for you, my Winter Love On that night was a full moon, Across the sky, only a few stars were strewn. We stayed out in the dark, Until it was lit, our spark. When I thought I was about to sway, You said our love would light the way. No longer would my heart be astray, For I had you at my side every night and day. I thought it was all a dream, But not once did I wake and scream. Just from my eyes the tears do stream. Winter Love The snow fall silently from the sky. Winter Love Only with you is where I want to lie. I guess I’ll keep waiting for you, my Winter Love Winter Love I can feel it in my soul. Winter Love I had your love, making me whole. Being apart has taken its toll. I need you, my Winter Love. At night I wake in a cold sweat, But you make sure I’ll never forget, You’ll always guide me, your faint silhouette. Winter Love I want to be with you forever. Winter Love My heart will no longer be severed, For heartache I will no longer endure, ever.
