It was amazingly awesome this year. We all have no idea what made it better this year but it just was. Ok so let's start from the top shall we.... I went over to Chris's house early cause me him nick and hannah were carpooling. Hannah was at a hotel nearby and we were gonna pick her up before going to the hotel for the banquet. Nick came later. So yea I was busy laughing at Chris's crazy mom taking care of Chris, getting him all ready and stuff. It was hilarious. And then I was playing assassins creed. fun fun. I didn't get far though :/ Nick came that's why. and that's when the trouble began lol. So basically what happened was on the car ride over to chris's house..idk nick was thinking and i guess something he thought of made him emo..idk. i don't really know what happened. he was fine before the car ride and when he got to chris's house he was blasting his music and being a total a**. so naturally chris and I thought he was either a) pissed at his mom (that happens a lot) or b) pissed at us. so yea. anyway when he came we went out to greet him. I was like hey! him: -music blasting- me: ..... ok... -look at chris- ??? chris: -shrug- me: -get closer to nick- you look nice :] nick: -music still blasting- me: .....-backs away- yea that's the main jist. so anyway moving on...he was like this his mom was getting angry because chris's mom was trying to get us to get the picture stuff figured out and he couldnt hear cause of the music. before we left she took his ipod. i was gonna do that myself actually. i was tempted to remove his headsets, grab his ipod, and be like nick seriously stop being an a** and talk to us. chris's mom is trying to figure this stuff out and she needs all of us for this. but yea..anyway um where was I. right ok so everyone went in the house. (i'm skipping around a LOT but things are just coming at me from what i remember and things link up with other stuff. it's not chronological at all but i'm trying) anyway. he just sat down blasting music again..yea. i kept prodding him, trying to get him to talk to us. he at least answered me but he was still blasting his music. so i was like half heartbroken half angry. i wanted to slap him and cry at the same time. gonk but yea. when we were all trying to get the picture stuff figured out, he at least became a tad bit more responsive. like he put his hand on my back or he'd put his arm around my waist.. things like that. so i figured no sense being angry at him plus i was really looking forward to a nice big hug when he came so i held his hand. anyway yea fast forward. car ride. before chris got in the van i whispered to nick are you mad at us or something? and he was like. it's nothing i'm just tired, hungry,..idk something something else. i forget what he said exactly anyway yea. when the car ride started he started talking to chris so i was like what the bloody ******** hell. fine don't even talk to me so i was venting in my mind for a bit. I mean seriously. He doesn't even say freakin hi to me and then i try to get him to talk to me and then he talks to chris. idk just. bugged me. so anyway yea. and so chris was like whats wrong (that's one thing I admire about chris. he notices somethings wrong and asks about it..at the right times. it's like he knoooows. nick always asks at the wrong times and now he doesnt even ask anymore. lol. yes there are wrong times and right times. It's hard to tell but normally there are signs so you can tell. i shall teach you all in the way of me. XD idk if its the same with all women. When I'm crying. definately do ask what's wrong. lol. When I'm staring off at the distance..this one is easy. If i was hyper then all of a sudden I ignore everything and stare in the opposite direction... definately ask. something is wrong for sure lol. that's what I was doing during the car ride. end of lesson for now LOL) so yea I was doing that last thing and chris asked but nick was right there so i couldnt exactly be all yea nick pissed me off when he's sitting right next to me. so i just said "nothing" and became more responsive. so nick eventually warmed up to me. he was resting on me cause he was so tired so i just stroked his hair and stuff. we talked and talked..and then for most of the ride nick was resting on me and i was stroking his hair and giving him quick kisses here and there. oh right that reminds me. he had a corsage and his mom was like so aren't you gonna put it on her? and he's like i'm just gonna give it to her when we get there. That kinda got me a bit pissy too. Last year he put it on my right away. And I was all like awwwww -blushing- but yea. lol. anyway yea. so he put it on the seat next to him and i threw my stuff there totally oblivious it was there so i guess i squished it a bit. so he put it on me during the car ride. at least we attempted to. XD i was like awww he can't get it to stay. if we had a safety pin it totally woulda stayed but it was a normal pin so bleh. but yea it was so cute seeing him trying to get it on my dress. so anyway when we were fumbling with the corsage we were at the hotel already to pick up hannah. hannah's mom wanted a picture so we got out. nick was still trying to get the thing on. Hannah almost tripped XD anyway yea. I was like nick lemme try do this and i got it to stay just in time for pictures :] and we got all huggy. ^_____^ i started to get really happy at that point because everything was coming together again. well during the car ride too. that was nice n_n anyway yea. so we had a short drive over to the right hotel for the banquet. and then yea when we got there me and nick had our arms around each others waist and we snagged a couple kisses before we entered the no pda zone LOL. he totally forgot he was gonna walk in with his arm around my waist and he's like riiight...teachers lol. but yea. we walked in arms linked because hey it's more formal and so screw the teachers XD the teachers arent at the bottom floor anyway and the floor we needed to be was 2 floors up. anyway yea basically we talked to people. me and nick got our pictures done.. talk talk talk yadda yadda yadda. fast forward. our table that we wanted got messed up so we were sitting with different people but it was still cool. me and nick kept holding hands under the tabel lol. food was good. cake was GOOOD lol. me and nick were feeding each other the desserts. it was like totally awesome. ;D anyway yea fast forward. intermission. me and nick went a floor down and went off to the side a bit and were hugging and kissing a bit. then a bunch of people appeared so we just kinda mobbed some friends lol. anyway yea fast forward. song contest. i had to play the piano but i did pretty well. i made only a few mistakes and it wasn't all that noticeable. i made the same mistake twice so it probably added to the effect of that was supposed to be there lol. as they say.. if you make a mistake just keep playing and I did. :] I was quite happy and yet still afterwards my hand couldnt stop shaking because i was so nervous and i was cold lol. the pedal was cold D: nick gave me his jacket a little bit after the intermission was done. i was cold so i was like "man i'm cold.." and did that..kinda..cuddle with self thing lol and nick was like starting to take off his jacket/coat thing and went you want it? and i was like no no it's ok! but secretly i had my eye on it the instant i saw his sexy self in it XD anyway yea (if i didn't make a point to say he was hot that night then now you know lol) anyway yea he gave it to me and i was so warm in it. and it was a nice coat/jacket thing. i wants it. nick wanted something he could wear at school so i was like i should totally steal this from you ;D and he's like no. this was like 100 dollars. and i was like awww but i wouldnt steal something that expensive. hell i wouldnt wear something that expensive to school lol. but yea. me and nick were seating close to each other the whole banquet and the song contest was near the end of it and that's when a teacher finally came and was like you two are sitting too close. it was kinda funny. i mean i had my arm on his chair for like 6 minutes or so (however long 2 society songs were lol) and then during the last one we got in "trouble" kinda. we don't get in trouble though it's awesome XD. that teacher was one of the cool ones anyway. anyway fast forward fast forward..awards..i forget the names of the awards now sorry CJ. lol. but yea. Bears won first place. evil damn them lol. TURTLES FTW
anyway yea. we don't know the rest of the results. that's pretty ghey. they should just say them all at once. anyway yea. i hope we got at least 2nd. if not 3rd. i know we didn't get 4th. friggen monkeys were moving around so much in the back row lol. anyway yea. umm yea..fast forward. more pictures...etc fast forward car ride. nick's mom came to pick up nick (of course) and chris. apparently nick and chris forgot to tell auntie that me, hannah, and merri needed a ride to the hotel that was close by cause we were sleeping over there. anyway yea. she drove us though. i sat on nick and chris and merri took a seat. and hannah somehow still got on a seat partly. Honda CR-V's are so small :/ anyway yea. that whole car ride was nice. nick wrapped his free arm around me (him and chris stole a bunch of centerpieces cause they have this grand master plan to sell them on ebay rolleyes smart yes slightly. retarded yes.) anyway yea he was kissing my back and stuff the whole time. i turned around everyonce in a while to like kiss him and stuff. but omg all those kisses were making me all melty inside lol. Anyway.. at one point he went you smell good. and i was like thanks..that was kinda random. and he's like not really. my head is kinda on you. oh that reminds me. he finally complimented me when we were waiting in line for our group picture at the end of the night. we were chatting (probably about how people looked really different and all the make up they put on) and i was like yea you look really nice tonight. and he was like you look pretty. You always look beautiful. You don't need makeup. so i was like awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww finally I've been waiting for the compliments lol!! anyway yea. for most of the banquet we were talking about last years banquet and then comparing it to this one. it was nice. nick remembers lots of small details. like the car ride back from banquet was the first time he put his arm around me. he totally remembered that. he rested his arm around the thingy of the car seat but it fell cause he was so tired and he just left it there. (nice plan for him eh? lol) I liked him back so i let him leave it there. anyway yea we noticed that night that Hannah and Chris are starting out the same way me and Nick did. it's kinda cute seeing how we were in them. although we don't know if hannah likes chris back lol. but anyway yea.. where was i right. car ride. it was short because the hotel was like a 3 minute drive. but yea. we had to get out of the cramped car and so nick walked me to the back of the car and i hugged him and then we went for a nice goodnight kiss. 4laugh we said i love you and our goodnights then me hannah and merri went up to our room. we stayed up talking and stuff for a bit then we all crashed. we woke up at 11 the next day. and then we hung out at the mall since it was right there until 4 45-ish. yea so much stuff went on then i don't even want to begin to get into the hotel and mall parts of the thing. i typed way too much already XD but yea all that stuff...it really made my night despite the fact that nick was slightly emo at the beginning. it was the best banquet (only my second anyway lol) and i can't wait till another one with nick. aah..first year me and nick went together as unofficial dates. we both liked each other yet didnt realize the hints fully. (i didn't get the hints until i started looking back when nick said he liked me. o.<; ) anyway yea this year we're dating (and almost at a year! yay!) and next year..hopefully we'll still be together for another amazing night. -dreamy sigh-
well yea. that's the main jist of the stuff i really wanted to remember XD
so yea. night night time~
