Weakness: Lightning, she's not very good at hand-to-hand combat, but she can defend herself (somewhat...) She gets very ill when there isn't a source of running water nearbye (like a stream or a river).
History: Aysu grew up in a small hut on the beach with an old woman named Zoui. She was abandoned as a child on the doorstep of the hut. Zoui was a fisherwoman, and as Aysu grew into her water powers, Zoui knew she could not keep her because she showed signs of having the blood of a water spirit. Aysu was sent to a cave on the beach where the water spirits were rumored to live. They befriended her and trained her in the arts of water magic. When she grew too old and too human to stay with them, they made her a staff and sent her away to finish her training elsewhere.

She is often seen wearing black jeans, a simple gray tank top, and a tiger's tooth hanging from a black cord around her neck.
Attitude: Avalon doesn't like wasting time and won't waste yours. She is direct and to the point, often ending up as painfully blunt. She is laid back and witty, but likely to react violently to provocation.
History: Avalon grew up on the streets as the daughter of a prostitute, also a Cosmet. Lucky for Avalon, her mother wasn't into drugs or alcohol, so she came out undeformed. She learned how to fight from the various gang members that served as her substitute family when her mother died of a discrimination attack. Since Avalon didn't want the same life as her mother and wanted payback, she joined the Garden.

Bio: Her parents divorced when she was about five years old. Her parents couldn't decide who would take care of her so she lived with her grandma who now lives in an old folk's home. She kept in contact with her parents and grandma until she was called to Eden. By then, it was too late to save her family so she had to leave them behind. She's in a bit of shock now.

Bio: He was close to his mom so when she died when Dimi was eight he went through a period of complete silence. His dad didn't know what to do with him so Dimi was sent to an insane asylum, but they had to release him within a couple of days since he wasn't insane, just in mourning. Since then he's always been quiet. When he got the vision, he tried to warn his family but they didn't listen, so he went on his own.

Personality: Mara is sweet and motherly, the complete opposite of Alter. She's quiet, not out of shyness, but rather she doesn't say anything if she doesn't have anything meaningful to say. She is resolute and loyal, not afraid to speak her mind. Very brooding at times.
Strength: Mara is calm and reflective, level-headed and always ready to think things through. She's quick-witted and can almost always find a way out of a sticky situation. She's an adept healer and barrier-caster.
Weakness: Horrible at all sorts of combat. She is deathly afraid of the dark and has personal demons and memories plaguing her mind at almost anytime of day. Likely to zone out, even in times of battle.
History: Mara grew up with an abusive father. Her mother died when she was two years old in giving birth to her younger brother, Alter. At first, she was resentful that her mother was taken away so Alter could live, but eventually she came to love him like a mother. She was a mother for him, and tried to teach him to be calm. Her father became abusive after his wife died and took out his pain and anger on Mara. She took it, knowing that it would be put into more destructive use if she did not. She only asked that he didn't hit her when Alter was around. One day, Alter saw and flew into such a rage that their father was wounded. Mara was sent to a monastary and Alter to a school of magic. At the monastary, the nuns were also harsh. Mara was adept at Light magic, yet she did not believe in the same gods the nuns did. This angered them and they put her through horrible ordeals to make her believe. Mara learned to pretend and go along with them. Before two years had passed, Mara became head abbess. At that time, her brother made contact with her and told her of adventures outside the convent wall. Mara was sick of the convent and escaped. She wandered around the countryside till she found the Grove, the school her brother had told her about. She didn't know if he was still there since she hasn't gotten letters since she left the convent, but she hopes she can teach there. It will give her a home.
