Okay, so I used tektek.org's dream avi generator to come up with some possible costume designs for my characters. Lemme know what you think!
In the order I felt like posting them:
Suki Kashimi
Suki - Costume #1: Waitress
Suki - Costume #3: Warrior (after joining Reji and Yukio, and a major plot twist that only a couple people know about whee )
Suki (20) – protagonist; courageous, and quiet around people she doesn’t know very well. Taken from parents at age nine; became a part of the government’s experiment to create an army of superhuman fighters. She escaped seven years later with her brother Zak. The experiments left her with characteristics similar to a vampire, such as fangs and a periodic thirst for blood. Nevertheless, she works her hardest to care for her brother, and protect him from the cruel ways of the world. Fights with two one or two katanas
Zakiya Kashimi
Zak - Costume #1 (might be his only). He's supposed to have the Gray Peasant's Gloves, but I couldn't find them on tektek.... confused
Zakiya (20) – Suki’s twin brother; innocent and timid, with the naïveté of a child. Goes by the name of Zak. He was taken as an experiment at the same time as Suki. Suki rescued him before fleeing the laboratory. The experiments left his mind in a fragile state, and he will never mentally mature past the age of ten or so. Suki often lies to him to protect him from the truth of how things are in the world.
Reji Nodoru
Reji (23) – Captain of the Titan, a merchant ship from Jeiyro; spunky and impulsive. After Suki and Zak are discovered aboard her ship, she allows them to stay, no questions asked (they needed the help, as she says). However, in exchange for her kindness, she tells them that they must pull their own weight aboard the ship. She doesn’t talk much about her past, and Yukio is the only person she considers close to her. Dragoon. I'll eventually get around to writing her an ACTUAL backstory.
Dierdra
Dierdra. She comes from some virtually unimportant place in the game that's basically just where the rebel group goes to hide when Vigil wants to kill them and stuff.
Dierdra (?) - She is more proficient in white magics, and is therefore primarily a white mage. However, she can still use offensive (black) magic such as fire/ice/lightning/other elemental spells. Of all the characters I have created she is one of the most kind-hearted of them, allthough she is a rebel at heart, hence her dark manner of dress (her village thinks she's weird...she's kind of like Belle, actually...except not really). Her red eyes are seen as an omen of some kind to the people of her village, but I don't remember why...and I can't remember the name of the country she's from, and I seem to have misplaced my world map for the story, and I can't remember the name...or her backstory. Because I epic fail.
Unnamed
Unnamed character. Buy hey, it's a guy character, so I guess it's a start. I have another look for him, but I don't know if I'll use it. As for his character, think Yazoo from Advent Children (at least for this voice, much to my dismay). I say this because he's quiet and pretty stoic, but he (hopefully) won't be a throwaway, and he'll have much more personality. Mix that with Kuja's laid-back attitude and the quick wits of Seifer.
Drey
NEW!Drey. He's an Archer/Trainer, and I don't know the name of his falcon, either sweatdrop As for personality, he's got a lot of issues, and he's kind of emo. Okay, he's really emo (but not emo like this: emo ). Think Vincent from FFVII. Moreso his attitude from the game than AC, but...whatever. And in the beginning of DOC xd eeeeeeeeeeemo.....His eyes are a sapphire blue, like the Ankh pendant. And just for reference, he doesn't really have a Black Eye Stripe Tattoo. It was just to give the effect that his face was shadowed, to show the emo.
Cole
Cole (stupid b*****d...sorry, he just makes me really angry...He'll be an awesome character, though...)
Liora
Liora Rugen is the slutty bad girl. She's kind of like Vigil's saucy secretary/right hand/henchwoman, or whatever you want to call her. That's about as far as I've gotten with her as a character. I think she's actually the Vice President...but I don't remember. (Sad, isn't it?)
Also her jacket should be the same color as the skirt...yeah...
Vigil
[first name] Vigil (38 ) – cold and ruthless High King of Azar; runs a corrupt government. He is power-hungry, and has declared war upon other planets in an attempt to expand his empire. Some consider him a coward because he doesn’t play fair; he sends his forces into towns and villages to kidnap children and teens for use in his experiments. He is also the biological father of Yukio. On the eve of his son’s thirteenth birthday, an amateur group of “mercenaries” took a contract issued by Vigil himself, to kill Yukio. Yukio’s death would assure that the Vigil reign of terror would continue throughout the galaxy. Yukio threatened this goal because of his genial and benign nature, and Vigil feared that he might be manipulated into giving information that could lead to the downfall of the Vigil.
