Hey guys, well this week seems to be my sad week cry . I found out my fitness teacher died and that was very upsetting. I also am doing a walk for my cousins this weekend. My cousins were diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy which is a disease that weakens the muscle and will stop their heart when they are 20 years old. I've been asking people if they could help them. So yeah that's pretty much my week.
