I remember, back in the day, when cluttered avatars were the latest and greatest craze. Everyone was trying their hand at creating a cluttered, wild, yet coordinated outfit and the AT was filled with "Rate My Cluttered Avvy!" threads. Nowadays, everyone seems to be a matching Nazi, which is a shame, because it isn't always about match to a "T". The most prominent thing about your avatar are the green bits, such as the hair and the Green Checkered Skirt. Next would be the Purple Neo Punk Gloves and Socks. I see you also have a couple of red bits, such as the Clown Nose, Red Konfuzed Shoes, and Bouncy Antennae...as well as the shine from the Demonic Pendant. Then of course, there are the black items and accessories, which all match one another very well. In short, your avatar is indeed cluttered, but there appears to be a method to your madness and I can see that there has been effort to slightly color coordinate certain items--and that I appreciate. The one thing I would reccomend, however, would be some kind of small, red piece of headgear that would center between the two balls of hair upon your avatar's head. The very top of the head looks a bit empty, to me, compared to the rest of the avatar.
