If you're hoping for a new chapter to my story, this isn't it. Sorry.
Ok. So, in my Creative Writing class, we have to write a weekly reflection journal, about how we've grown as a writer since the last time we wrote an entery. First of all, I can't write these. It's hard for me to even write about something as concrete as a book I've read. Personal growth? Forgetaboutit! Besides, I think that personal growth should be kept, well, personal. It shouldn't have to be marked. And it can't happen in just a week.
I've tried BSing my way through, and I get bad marks, and a comment about how I'm doing it all wrong, which hurts even more. I've tried to actually reflect, and I get crappy marks for that too! I love the writing opportunities this gives me, but I HATE writing reflectively. I kinda need a good mark in this class! I shouldn't have to deal with this wringer!
