New Life, Possible Loss... |

I know you wanna fawn over these adorable kittens, and so you are now allowed! Things have gotten lively once again once these little buggers came into the world.
With their mother cat, Melody Menolly, she's an oddball all on her own (and quite bitchy at that!). I first met her when I went to the Drive-in Theater to watch 'Stealth' and some other movie. I was exploring the never-used playground, and I heard some weird noise. I thought it was just some bird, but it kept getting louder and louder, eventually sparking my curiosity as the cheetah/feline that I am. I explore the bushes, and POP!, she comes tumbling out of the weeds. She crawled right onto my lap, mewing so demandingly and pitifully at the same time.
I guess I just fell in love with her at that moment.
Her tail, if you noticed, is considerably shorter than it really should be. I found her this way. Her tail was bleeding, so when she got to me, it was rather recent. I managed to convince my parents (mostly my dad XD) to let me have her. And that's how Melody became important in my life.
These three little mischiefs are Mel's first litter (the new litter is her second litter). First picture are (from top to bottom) is Witchie (PARENT'S IDEA, NOT MINE >.> wink and Billy the Outlaw. Billy was originally named Little One. The second picture is Salem (originally Polaris,), Ninja Spoon's cat. Ninja Spoon currently can't have the cat at the moment, so I'm taking care of it now.
Now this once lean-built cat with beautiful black fur coat is Allen (named after Allen Grant from 'Jurassic Park', but originally called ER, or 'Engine Rider' for short because we keep finding him in the van's engine compartment when he was just a kitten >.> wink . If you noticed, he isn't so lean anymore... We'll be losing him soon...
It's a really hard fact on me that this may have been fixed if we took him to the vets, I kept saying so. But I don't know, maybe he will live and this is go away after awhile, but the fat stomach and-yet feeling-the-bones-and-ribs is very disturbing... We think it's worms, but s**t, how come it had to happen to Allen, one of the sweetest male cats I know?!?! But... Yeah, life just happens to be this way. It'll be like losing Misty all over again, but I hope that it isn't going to be so painful. It might just be wishful thinking here, though...
