FYI: I FEAR and LOATH bugs utterly! Especailly moths! So, that's why the following story is funny.
This happened last week or so.
I was driving my van (cheesy I know...but it's got wheels! gonk ) out of the student parking lot. The line was long, we weren't going anywhere, and I was bored, talking to my twin sister.
Suddenly, I look out my driver's side window, and there is this big moth fluttering outside it! It lands on the window, and despite the thick glass between it and me, I start to scream bloody murder!
"KYAAAAAAAIIIIIII! BUUUUUUUGGG! EYAAAAAAAAA!"
Naturally, my sister looks up and frowns at me.
"There's a thick pane of glass between you and the bug, dearest," she says sarcastically. Wonderful sister, eh? stressed blaugh
"I DON'T CARE! IT LANDED ON THE WINDOW AND I CAN SEE IT!" I shriek back. By this time I am frantic, and I flick the window where the moth has landed, hoping it will fly away.
What does it do? It starts buzzing around the window AGAIN, making me scream and flinch at it until it lands on the side of the van.
My breath coming quickly, I slowly peer down at the enemy on my car, frantically thinking about what to do. Tentatively I flick the window again, causing Moth-san to flutter around AGAIN (once again, scaring me to death!) before it lands on my windshield. I turn the windshield wipers on on a fluke, and the moth is gone!
Tune in for the next funny bug story! I got lots of 'em! wink
