Koji -- You need the following things:
1) Boredom!
2) Image editor that can do transparency (-- not sure if MSPaint does)
Then you do the following things:
1) Choose an image you want to bastardize love on.
2) Save or copy the avatars you want to post on the image.
3) Remove their bodies and make sure the background is transparent, if not already, and
4) Paste the heads onto the image. You may need to resize them before doing so, as heads can be different sizes. (:
