Ok, I have finally decided to set up a journal. I am getting serious about losing weight. No more feeling sorry for myself. blaugh

Starting weight: 145
My Weight loss Goal: about 25 pounds in 6-7 weeks. xD before school starts. (or at least somewhere around there.)
Motivation: Tired of seeing my gut. xD
Things that I need to accomplish: Stop over-eating, and watch my calorie intake more.
