Sometimes, I'll be hanging out at my house and no one else will be home. So, I start to feel like I should take advantage of the opportunity to masturbate, and I usually do.

At first I think it's a good idea and I look forward to times when I know no one will be home. But afterwards, I feel this weird mix of self loathing, disgust, shame, and embarrassment. And this happens pretty much everytime.

Not only that, but masturbating just doesn't satisfy me anymore. After I'm done, I feel empty/hollow. I don't even remember how I felt after I had sex, but masturbating doesn't really do anything for me.

Am I alone here, or have other people experienced either of these?

To be honest, never to that extreme, what I have is best described as 'walking in on myself' once I pop, I just think; "What are you doing?"

If you want to avoid getting yeast infections, UTI's, and other things you can contract by masturbating, then always keep a bottle of purell handy, and sanatize your hands or any objects you may be using before you do anything else. It drastically reduces your risk of getting any sort of bacterial infection down south. 3nodding

That happens to me sometimes.

What I usually do is to take a break from it for a while. Go a few weeks without it, and then it may feel much more satisfying when you get back into it.

Another think would be to try different methods. I'm no expert when it comes to 'pleasure points' on the male body (I know near-nothing about how to please guys in a sexual way...), but I know that girls at least have a ton of sensitive areas on thier body that, when touched, canlead to extreme bliss. Perhaps start utilizing other pleasure points.
Or, you could also try thinking of different scenarios as you get off, and try to make things seem a bit more real (in your mind at least...)

Sometimes, not often but sometimes, after I masturbate I get this feeling that I'm really fat--and I'm definately not. I think it might be the rush of chemicals, blood, whatever but our brains sometimes don't work right after sex.

Maybe you need to take a new angle to masturbating if just doing it isn't enough anymore. Try spicing it up a bit.

Yeah, if you maturbate too much, eventually you'll start hating yourself for it... It's just how society looks at masturbation as a whole, and it starts getting to you, you know.

Ok, the hollow and emptiness thing was answered in the first point I made. About the not satisfying you part, that's because when you do something for so often you start getting accostomed to it. If you get hit by something in a certain spot everyday, the first day it hurts like hell but after awhile you wonder why you bitched so much before. Just take a break for a while, and just out of the blue do it again. It'll feal like you're in heaven, trust me!
