Faerieworlds!

So- some of the best music, amazing food, great costumes, wonderful company beautiful art and other breathtaking performances are but a week and change away.

My group- including the maid of honor and best man from my wedding, catofsilence, a former co-worker, a couple of long time friends who went with us our first year and my hubby will be enjoying ourselves at the event.

I have a menu that includes baked salmon with roasted baby reds and steamed veggies, campfire pizza and delicious Pom-Beef Kabobs and Chicken in a Spiced Yogurt marinade with tabolui.

Hubby is going as a Satyr. I shall be attending as Pockets! The Crossroads Changeling (note the name is not spelled correctly unless it has the exclamation mark).

Yummy food. Campfire kibitzing. Good friends. Mead and Celtic Crossing- an Irish Whiskey Liqueur, Chaiyo and Faerie Nectar (a hibiscus based drink).

I’m decorating myself with Henna and I have made my own sandals.

Not usually impressed with the Lammas ritual. But I look forward to the workshops this year.

Oh wow, that looks so interesting (except for Amy Brown, she's known as a copy-cat in the art world). I've never seen anything like that, have fun while you're there.

I always forget things like that exist because I basically live in a giant cornfield (rural Ohio).

By the way, where did you find the workshops on the website? I can't seem to find them.
