Ok, so I am currently trying to lose weight. Here I will post my day-to-day progress, and post what I eat everyday, that will start tomorrow. I currently weigh 218lbs, and am 6ft tall.

My goal is to weigh 195 by August 28th.

Again, I apreciate any positive support.

218 to 195 by August 28th is totally attainable :] Just remember to go about it the right way. Most people try extremes to lose weight, but it just doesn't work in the long run.

So I was away for a while visiting New York, I suppose It's really time to get started. So today Really don't remember what I had, SO for that part I will start to morrow. All I really did was go fishing today. I need to get more exercise and drink more water.

Dinner 11Pm-sandwhich (turky,cheese,mayo),1 bannanna, and 1 glass of ice tea. Yep, failed for today.

7/19/07


-2p.m.-glass of water cool

-had 2 more glasses of water between 3-4 cool

-4.20p.m.-1 bannanna and 1 sliver of sweet/sour pork.

also took a multi vitamin today.

-had 1 apple at 5.15p.m.

-so, at this point I was very hungry, so I had a turky and cheese and lettuce sandwhich, with a little mayo (5.50p.m.)

-glass of water at 7.00p.m.

-for dinner I had 2 pieces of meatloaf, and zuchinni(8.30p.m.)+1 cup ice tea

-at 10p.m. I had another glass of ice tea. I am a sucker for flavored beverages...

so far today for exercise I rearanged my room, which could be considered exercise right?

Lifted weights today 3-3.45

I woke up at 2p.m. today:

-1 glass of water and a multi-vitamin(2.15p.m.)

-had "breakfast" at 3.00p.m., had a chef slad, no ham. with a little italian dressing.

-another glass of water at 3.30p.m.

-bannanna at 4.30p.m.

-went fishing a bought a flavored water(6.00p.m.)

-had a grape smoothie(7.15p.m.)

-had meatloaf and a little ketchup(7.40p.m.) parents will be home late, so I needed somthing to hold me over.

-chicken parm. sandwhich at 10p.m.
(i hope im done for the night)

exercise:

lifted weights again
took my doggy for about a mile walk. biggrin

-had 2 glasses and glass of ice tea by 1.30p.m.

-bowl of cereal at 1p.m.

-watermelon smoothie at 4p.m.

-2 glasses of ice tea(4-7p.m.)

-had potatoe sald chicken and zuchinni for dinner(8p.m.)

I have been real busy rearranging my my room and reading the new harry potter xD.

couldn't do much today as i was cleaning and reading all day.
