Damn you Americans with all your different bands. I don't know if I qualify to be a band geek. I am principle percussionist in an orchestra, also I played and now help out when needed in a Wind Band. I play kit in a Big band. All sorts of stuff. But then I don't march with a snare at my crotch or a bass drum on my chest. Am I still a band geek? sweatdrop

But cry the sad story is, I have to quite band nevt year so I can go into hunors math crying .
I still play at home though.

Man... this should be a percussionist thread
Maybe its cus were the only ones proud of playin concert music... but hell if i get to rock it out im happy... plus my teacher is a biker so hes pretty ******** cool.
But ya... im also pretty excited to see there are girl percussionists... never meet one myself. Id heard they exist but...they are rare.
Leat ways... rock it out fellow percussionists... and no matter what the stiffs tell ya... lookin cool and soundin cooler is way better than playin reserved.
