I thought that making one on here would help me a bit, keep me more motivated and help me watch what I eat more. I'm officially starting to diet and watch what I eat today.

Here's a few things about me, if you care to know. =o

Name : Melanie
Age : 17
Sex : Female
Height : 5'2"
Weight : 140 - 150 lbs, it changes quite a bit. =/
My Measurements;
Bust - 39
Waist - 31
Hips - 41 (goddamn you hips. >O)

I'd like to lose approximately 20lbs, a little more would be good too. I used to be 200lbs, and since about two years ago, it just slowly melted away with smaller activities and all that.

But noooow, I can't seem to get it to go anywhere, I've got gallstones and IBS, so I'm pretty sure those don't help anything. I've also got thunder thighs. D= It's so freaking annoying, I hate it so much, no matter what I do, they never get smaller.

I'm going to walk for an hour at least once a day, lift a few weights when I can't go to the gym, this'll be everday too. I also need some form of intense activity to get this last bit of fat off too, but I can't think of anything.

I'm officially starting dieting/working out today.

At 6am I woke up and went for a 45 minute walk/little bit of sprinting with my dog.

For breakfast I had a cup of tea and a bottle of water. (I wasn't hungry.)

I sat around, had a pear at 9.

Did an hour session of yoga.

Then had a wrap at 11, a whole wheat pita with two thin slices of chicken breast, lettuce, tomatoe and a little bit of fat free mayo.

Still haven't had supper yet, will update.

For the past month ish I've been sorta on a diet, but not a strict one, I had fat free ice cream every once in a while, but now I'm starting it strictly.

My measurements are the same, sadly, and I'm 145lbs exactly.
