Breakfast - Fruit Calories - 120

Lunch- A tuna sandwhich! (Serving sizes all carefully watched, mayonise and all. : D! ) Calories : 390

Dinner- Chicken Alfredo Calories : 230

Desert-

Water - 32 ounce bottle. <3

Snacks - 3 Pieces of Gum Calories : 15 Carrots Calories : 30 Yogurt Calories : 170 Twizlers Calories - 60 Cantaloupe Calories - 60 Nutrisode Calories - 10


Total Calories Eaten Today : 1085

Exercise Done


1 hour of DDR! : D Sweating up an awesome freakin' storm.


Thoughts On Today


I did freakin' awesome today. I need to stop eating twizlers xD; but other then that YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<3 1085 calories is a good amount for my age, if not a bit less and I exercised! And tomorrow I'm running around with my friend again! : D <3

Food Eaten Today



Breakfast - Fruit Calories - 120

Lunch- A salad. ^-^ Calories - Eh.. 190-ish? >.<'

Dinner- A ham sandwhich. Calories - 380 (Stupid mayonise. D< )

Desert- Smoothie Calories - 220

Water - 64 ounces. <3

Snacks - 5 Pieces of Gum Calories : 25 Twizlers Calories - 60 Cantaloupe Calories - 60 Nutrisodes Calories - 20 (Lots of xD; ) Tomatoes Calories : 96


Total Calories Eaten Today : 1171

Exercise Done


Running around with my friend for five-ish hours. >_o CRAZY! We must have walked like 6, 7 miles maybe more. >.<;

Thoughts On Today


I did pretty awesome. I ate a little more then needed, but at least it was healthy food. xP

<3 I did good again today. I just gotta work on shrinking my stomach a bit more, fighting off the munchies. x3 And I shall be good! DDR/ elliptical tomorrow. xP

I'm really hoping I can keep up with this! : D I feel so much better, more energised, and liked I actually have a goal!

I didn't do any exercise today, but considering I've done some every other day this week I think I'm alright. >_o I just can't get into the habit of it.
