I just spent 5 days with a bunch of trekkie-hating classmates. AAAAHHH!!! I am so happy to be able to watch Star trek again and get away from their stupid Borg jokes.

I have observed that most star trek critics are ignorant fools that have no idea what they are talking about and are merely parroting the dominant "cool" dogma against "nerdiness" of which star trek is classified as a "nerdy" TV show.

Hah, I spent 6 years at school being riddiculed by my mates for likeing and watching st.... and when they found out I had all of DS9, voyager and next gen on dvd, and that I had watched it all, .... they nearly killed me razz

I just threaten people with Borg assimilation. Or I grab Mr. Slaughter, and him and I start humming all the Star Trek theme songs while walking down the hallway. Everytime I enter his class (He teraches Economics ad American Gov, I do the Vulcan Greeting.

And then he gives it back. Thenwe do Mork and Mindy. "Nanoo, nanoo!"
