and some of the stuff is made up though, i mean look how pathetic it is!!
of course some are real, but you should treat them all like they are real when helping...or atleast let them know how unrealistic it sounds, then offer advice

I can understand why they might because we all have problems and when you go through them we want a little help or someone to tell us its all going to be ok

the last time i saw a realistic problem in there was a day ago but before that it was pretty much liening and bullshit all day long, example "i saw my mom brutaly tortured in front of me and i was a dumbass and didnt call the cops on the guy caus ei was busy doin drugs with the person who did it" BULLSHIT

But the thing is, all of my "one fix"es were extremely far apart. I avoid addiction by these two steps:

1. Buying from someone I don't know (huge risk, but it pays off)
2. Buying only enough for one or two uses
