that picture is actually just an amazingly done photoshop. there was another forum on a different site discussing the same topic and the person who posted it said he photoshopped it. bummer isn't it?

if ur a good enough anime artist, you can look for the minor details of his mask, and pinpoint details of his face and draw what he really looks like from that, cause you can see the shape of some facial features on his mask

I think it's a smexy face cuz when he was eating, the girl worker at the restaurant had hearts in her eyes and even the manager was blushing. That's gotta mean something...even in Naruto shippuden Naruto still tries to take a look at Kakashi's face but it NEVER shows!! I hope it shows his face somewhere by the end of the manga. xD
