Not only is this my journal where I shall record everything I eat and every work-out I do, it's also my first thread in this guild. ^_^ yay
I'll be updating this everyday. 3nodding
First, I'll start with what I had/did so far today:
Date:
April 18, 2007
Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs
1 slice of toast
1 glass of milk
Lunch:
1 salmon and spinach sandwich
1 hand-full of carrot sticks
1 vanilla yogurt
1 bottle of water
Snacks/drinks:
1 bowl of whole-grain tortilla-chips
1 granola bar
2 glasses of water
Supper:
1 large salad
1 glass of water
1 banana for dessert
Exercise:
~walked home from school
~half an hour on the treadmill
~10 minutes of weight-lifting
~walked to Xiphium's house
Right now, I weigh approximately 143 lbs. My goal weight is 125, and I am working to achieve this goal by atleast the end of June.
