Eat three times a day.
cut out ALL sweets for a while. ( for a few months, actually. )
EVERYTHING.
Cornflakes for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and a balanced dinner.
Sometimes I switched things up and had something else, but yeah. That was my basic game plan.


60 situps a day
A 20 minute walk / run
