----->> Hi. I'm Jenn and I really, really want to lost ten pounds. I'm lactose in tolerant, so that should have helped, right? Wrong! It didn't help much that I ate very little for the past few months to the point of almost passing out, but now I am starting to eat healthier.
I will be posting a log of how each day goes (I'll try to everyday, anyway) and at the end of each week (Saturday) I will post an entry stating my weight, and etc. Each log will go like so;
Breakfast;
Lunch;
Snack;
Dinner;
Excercise;
