Hey guys! I haven't been here in awhile, and my weight loss hasn't been going well. (Shame on me)
But I'm not quiting! In fact, I've come back! (Yay Queenie!)
I decided that everyday this summer, I will go on a bike ride (Because I hate running and Biking is fun) And do lap swim when I can, plus ballet.
But I have a question, if I wanted to take a dance class such as tango where would I find a studio? Should I just look one up online? Does anyone else do anything such as this? What are other good ways of exersise that doesn't include running?
Any answers would be amazing.
