Hey, there! Always good to see a new face!
Okay, I believe you have more than 24 CP there.
You have 24 total in Attack, defense, combat dice, life, magic and equip.
If you keep all of them there, you wouldn't be able to have regeneration or special attack.
Regeneration costs 1 CP per rank and Special attack needs you to put CP into it. You might want to reconsider your CP placement in the main stats if you want regeneration and/or special attack.
Also, with only 4 equip, you know that you can only equip either the longsword or the dolphin charm at one time right? It would be beneficial to either increase your Equip, or drop one of the items and buy some more actions/spells.
Hope I've cleared some of it up for you... Never too good at helping people in character creation ^.^;;

Unless my calculations are wrong, you still have 200 chips left. No...he was right. Two long swords are 600 chips, Stunning Blow is 100, Smash is 100 and Power Up is 200. This makes for a grand total of 1000 chips. I'll fix his character in the Active Adventurer's Roster.
