I am a junior in high school and junior prom is coming up. I wasn't planning on going, so naturally i didn't care. We had to gather in the auditorium today to pick, "Prom Court" *throws confetti*
la-de-f*#@$ing-dah right? (LOL)
So everyone sitting around me is talking an a guy in my grade is like,
"Hey, are you coming in a black dress with chains and leather?" Without looking up from the book I was reading I replied mockingly,
"You know I am." He said,
"Maybe they will have a Black Parade theme just for you this prom." I looked up and said sarcastically,
"Sweetie, if you people have a Black Parade Prom... I will be you're f*#@$ing Prom Queen."
Everyone listening to this found my comment to be unnecessarily funny.
So much so that many of them, DECIDED TO MARK ME DOWN AT CANDIDATE FOR PROM QUEEN. *shuttershutterdie*
So now, I might be elected onto prom court.

If you did win prom queen (or princess, I don't know how these things work), you can say to everybody who lost, "BOW DOWN TO MY QUEENLY-NESS, BITCHES!" heh.

Was that guy just poking some harmless fun, or actually tying to make you sad?
Holy crap, I find that Prom Queen thing hilarious! I wouldn't mind an MCR prom...Revenge or BP.
Funny thing is, the other day I saw a dress that seemed right out of the BP. It had kind of a really tightly fitted bodice, and there were horizontal gold fabric stripes on it(like on a band uniform), and the bottom part was all gauzy and big and stuff. Sort of like a cross between Fear and Regret's outfits and Mother War's dress. And boy, was it pretty.

Almost the same thing happened to me. This girl suggested a black and red theme, but eveybody's like "NO! Our resident goth, Misty would like that too much. She'd probably try to play 'Welcome to the Black Parade' and bring a skeleton!"
