I'm Zeiittt... and for some odd reason I feel more attached to that name than I do my real one. So yeah. Call me Zeit. ^^; Nice to meet you all.
Anyway.
Uhhh where to begin... First of all, I'd like to be able to like myself. I know that's a very vague statement but if you knew me in real life you'd know what I was talking about. I think weight might help my self-esteem as well as me being more healthy because of it. Mentally, too.
My friend in this guild wants to be a Suicide Girl, and I just want to lose weight with her... or... something. o-o;
I'm 5'6.25" with a BMI of 21. I weigh 142 pounds. But I also have a lot of muscle tone in some places, I'm pretty damn strong for sitting on my a** all day. ( Which I'm going to fix. xD ) But I still would like to lose a few pounds. I don't think it would hurt.
Goals:
-- To be able to buy a corset? I can't fit into any corset I've ever tried on, and what's the point of buying one in an XL size...?
-- ELIMINATE SODA FROM MY LIFE. Well, I drink soda, not all that often, but enough to have an impact. There was a period of time where I didn't drink any soda for 7 months and I was slimmer. So, I'd like to really cut down on that. Maybe one soda a week if I'm good... TwT;
-- In fact, you know what I'd REALLY like to do? Secretly? >_>; I'd really want to be able to wear a 2-piece bathing suit AND NOT HAVE TO WEAR LONG BOARDSHORTS. THEN SHOW MAH BODEH OFF AT THE FREAKING BEACH.
-- On a more serious note, I'd like to lose... maybe 10 pounds roughly. I'm not that sure yet since I have a lot of muscle and I need to find out how much muscle I really DO have so I don't go trying to lose weight and... acquire more muscle. o__O; If that makes sense.
-- Stop eating so much freaking JUNK. >_>; I don't eat them in large portions, but it all adds up.
Exercizes:
-- None, at the moment. What sucks for me is that I tore my meniscus in my knee, along with some cartilage and ligaments. So I can't do much right now. Hopefully I'll get my surgery.
-- During PE, when I get better, I promise to run faster during the mile. ;~; And work out.
-- I'll plan on doing more exercizes when I start doing physical therapy for my knee.
-- On top of that, right behind my backyard is a park. With a track. I plan on running/ walking that track every night when I can.
- I'm going to find a place with stairs, and run up and down them so many times I'll have to crawl home with my arms.
[ Plus, my mom is 80 pounds overweight from being pregnant with me, almost 16 years ago. That's all her extra weight is from, because she doesn't eat bad at all. She's very healthy when she goes to get her regular checkups and physicals, and she's generally a happy person... but I want her to feel better about herself, too. I can tell it really bothers her. I'm going to have her walk the track and exercise with me. ]
