My dream is to become a Suicide Girl when I turn 18.

I am going to be 16 in about a month, and I realized I need to start getting serious about this! I would like to loose some weight around my stomach area.

I'm currently 5'6ish, and weigh somewhere arund 138 pounds. I really don't know. We don't have a scale in my house, so I only know my weight when I go to the doctors.

I'm a size 6 in womens, and a 7/9 (depends on the brand) when I buy clothes. I'm a size medium when they generalize the sizes.

I've been told that if I lose any more weight I'm going to disappear. sweatdrop

But I only look thin. I mostly wear baggy band t-shirts and jeans.

But I'd really like to be able to wear a two peice this summer. =D

Anyway, I'll be posting my food diaries in the next few post.

Goals:

Food
-Eat less chocolate.
-Eat less cake and ice cream.
-Eat more vegetables
-Cheese only once a week!

Exercise:

-Put more of an effort into doing the mile during P.E.
-Run a mile twice a week.
-Walk to places which are near by.

Day One.

Breakfast.
-Two waffles
-A small glass of orange juice
-Half a pint of chocolate milk

Lunch
-Half a cup of peach yogurt
-Handful of carrots
-Mini heart cake
-Cheesits

Snack
-A scoop of fried rice
-Four peices of tofu
-Green beans
-handful of peanuts
...
-8 peices of chocolate. sweatdrop
-Cut up apple.

Dinner
-Noodles and meatless tomato sauce
-Green beans
-Half a slice of pizza with apple on it.

You're getting lots of good protein with the beans, rice and tofu.
protein is ESSENTIAL for building muscle.
n_n
There's nothing wrong with getting in shape and eating healthy, is what you should tell people.
A lot of people seem to think just because someone isn't fat, automatically it means they are physically fit.

PS. Did you know Chocolate milk is one of the best things to drink before a workout? It apparently gives you a good boost, or so I heard from someone. Also has lots of protein in it. -nodnod-

HeeHee, thank you for the support. n_n Nobody really supports me because I wear a size six in womens. ((It's only because I have no hips.))

-Soup
-Bread
-Three Chocolates

-Tomato Soup
-Quesadilla
-Milk

-Cheese with multi grain Crackers
-Orange juice

Dinner:
-Veggie pizza slice
-Salad
-Cantaloupe
-Cookie

Snack:
-Bowl of instant oatmeal
