Hi! I decided to start recording my food and exercise in this thread as well as on FitDay PC. ^^ A public version to show my friend and to keep me honest. xd

Starting weight: 240 (108.86kilo)
Current weight: 237 (107.5kilo)
First goal weight: 170 (77.11kilo)
Height: 5'7" (170.18cm)
Body Frame: large (7" wrist)
Age: 24
Sex: Female


Calorie goal: 1300 - 1700
Sat fat goal: 10g or less
protein: at least 100g
fiber: at least 25g

I actually already lost 60 pounds before, I was at 180 and on my way down. I had a reaction to a medication and gained close to 40 pounds in a month in combination with a very BLARGH time in my life I gained it all back and more body fat to boot. :lp I'm finally back on track with just sensible eating I can do for my whole life and working my way back up the fitness rungs.

.75 cup dry yield quarker oats
1 scoop chocolate Designer Whey powder
.5 scoop chocolate genisoy ultra xt powder ( xp for buying the wrong flavor)

2 slices women's bread
3 ounces deli chicken lunch meat
1/2 tablespoon miracle whip
romaine

1/2 small Arby's jamocha shake
1/2 3 piece Arby's chicken fingers
1/2 medium curly fry

2 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup cucumber
1/4 cup carrots
1 tablespoon green goddess dressing

1 cup Michigan Brand low-fat cottage cheese

Calories: 1510

Exercise:
Walk Away the Pounds 3 mile workout w/ 2 pound weights - 45 minutes
Walking the dog - 10 minutes (dog looking cute in her booties and coat - priceless. (hey, it's freezing outside.))
jumping in on my roommate's workout - 10 minutes

Total: 451 calories

drank 1/2 of my protein shake so half of:

1/2 scoop chocolate genisoy 70
water
ice

krispy kreme (original) 200

TOTAL: 1517

EXERCISE:
Walk Away 3 miles w/weights - 45 minutes
walking the dog - 10 minutes

blargh. updating this and my fitday log kinda sucks.

Today I ate oatmeal (again) and half a genisoy bar and then my roommate took me to Long John Silver's which I'd never had and dear god, never will again. Peeling off the batter revealed a nice piece of fish, though. weirdness. Then I had a kashi frozen dinner 'cause they were new and on sale and then I had half a brownie and a cookie from Insomnia cookies. xd

And I drank my normal iced green tea, almost made it to a gallon today!

Workout:Walk Away 3 mile, weights. jumping on the rebounder.

Yup, I'm being a slackass in here. I kinda binged a bit last night, which is actually unlike me. As long as it was just that one night it won't kill me. I did ride, lunge, and do some barn chores this weekend and in the freezing a** cold that is my friend's barn. I really should get back into the saddle, getting back into riding shape will certainly help everything. Oww, my pelvis. xd

Other than that I ate my oatmeal everyday and one one off day when my calves were screaming at me did Walk Away or the rebounder and tapes.

I rode hunter when I was 11 until I was 18 and then it got sporadic and then it got to never. I also groomed for polo so I got to learn lots about that too (polo slave!). One of my current roommates rides dressage and I took a lesson with her trainer on their dressage school horse, although they have a jumping horse too. I'm thinking it would be fun and challenging to start over with dressage, I rode in my own close contact saddle but after trying to ride my roommate's horse (she's selling him and I was an opinion test rider) in her all-purpose it was totally not working out. XD Her horse has a wide tree saddle so I couldn't use my own and I only shortened her dressage stirrups by one and I should have done two for me to be the most comfortable. So I have giant a** hybrid beast saddle and too long stirrups, it was awesome. xd The stirrups would have been fine but I would kinda close my hip angle in a more hunter seat and then my seat on that saddle would be shot and that would translate to not being able to drop into my heel. If I had treated the saddle like a western saddle I would have been a-okay but things you don't think about at the time.

So the ride was:
new horse
green horse
new saddle
new stirrups
roommate telling me to steer with my knees and me wtf?ing over someone telling me to close my knees.
2nd ride in 3 years

Basically I apologised to my roommate for sucking.

He's a really good mover though, I liked him. I predict he will be too green for the 11 year old coming out tomorrow who has been riding for 3 years. But we'll see. He could be a great hunter or dressage horse.

Here's his page including links to youtube videos. He's under a pretty advanced rider, she's a C-something level Pony Clubber who is friends with my roommate and those jumps? That is his second time jumping ever.

TOTAL:1250 confused I was at a job interview during prime morning eating hours, if I had eaten my oatmeal I would have been in better shape.

Tony Horton's Ab Ripper 2000 (4 minute 200 various crunches) - 70

Thank youuuu. I got the job doing morning feed/turnout/groom for trainer MW so that will be a nice boost of activity. heart
