Current weight: 237 (107.5kilo)

Calorie goal: 1300 - 1700
Sat fat goal: 10g or less
protein: at least 100g
fiber: at least 25g
I actually already lost 60 pounds before, I was at 180 and on my way down. I had a reaction to a medication and gained close to 40 pounds in a month in combination with a very BLARGH time in my life I gained it all back and more body fat to boot. :lp I'm finally back on track with just sensible eating I can do for my whole life and working my way back up the fitness rungs.
