yeahi wanted to check my BMI as of lately..
and i stumbled on thsi one..it shows an image oh a person with it and you dont have to hit calculateor anything i really like this BMI index the best
you prolly already know you BMI but take a look its rather neat i thought.

Hahah, that's awesome! I had some fun playing with that guy. And wishing I could make myself another inch or so taller just that easy.

I suppose I'm far along when I raise losing weight and getting in shape is hard but I want some magic wand action over my head. xd

Well that makes me happier, I'm only 5 pounds or so overweight, although I'd like to be closer to the middle than the end of the healthy weight range. I guess I'll try to lose around 10 or 15 pounds
