Well ever since joining the guild I've become really motivated to lose weight, but as I type this I'm in bed with an empty bowl of chicken soup next to me and a garbage can full of tissues(T.M.I.? Sorry just wanted to describe that I'm sick) anyways I want to start working out, but I guess I should also just let my body rest. So is there anything I can do for simple excercises that won't wear me out too much.

Hmm. Things you could probably do in bed:
Stretches Lifting small weights (2-5lbs)
I cannot really think of much that wouldn't wear you out while sick. I know when I am sick my body is basically dead. lol
I also eat alot of veggieful soup and drink a lot of fluids.

I am so sory your sick. I do not do that well when I am.
Well, if your in your bed now I would suggest to stay there and do simple excercises like little cruches or listen to some music and move your laegs and arms and be crazy!
I hope you feel better soon and get down to business!
