I am 15 and I way about 140 pounds I would like to bring it down to about a 130 and enlarge the percent of my body that is muscle.

I think writing my excerizes and eating will help me to regulate it and to kinda embaras my self if I kinda do bad stuff xD;;

Ate:

Breakfast: Air? sweatdrop
Lunch: Fries and Chocolate Milk
Dinner: Pork Tenderloin, steamed rice, asian vegies,

My mom is a good and healthy chef :9


Excersizes: I ran up and down the stairs in my house about 10 times twice and I did 20 sit up and 10 pushups

We're getting a tredmill soon so I'll use that soon too
